[FLIGHT ADVISORY] Please be advised that due to bad weather condition, AirAsia Zest flights to/from Cagayan de Oro and Tacloban are cancelled today, 14 January 2014. AirAsia Zest flights to/from Tagbilaran are also cancelled today due to the temporary closure of Tagbilaran Airport (please see photo).
Affected guests will be offered with the following options:
1. Free move the next available flight
2. Full Credit Shell conversion of flight to travel fun, valid for 90 days
3. Full Refund
4. Reroute to Cebu-Mactan International Airport
